Anthem Flu Campaign
This project saw me as the point of contact for the design UX/UI implementation. I helped aid in research for the demographics we were trying to reach and developed a user flow that made sense for them. I presented the user-flow and UX experience to the client along with my project manager.
The Main Components
The generic flow acts as a great example of how the rest are built. We wanted to the user to have access to the information they deem important right when they land on the page. From there, the rest of the UI components we placed in based on tertiary priorities.
Demographic Flows
Priority was geared toward millennial members ages 25-40. What we found to be the most important for millennials was having the facts ready and available first, then show the necessary methods to plan your flu shot.
Access was found from our research into what older Hispanic and Latinx members generally were concerned with. In this case, easy access to the right tools, and a trusting face. One of the founders of the NHMA (National Hispanic Medical Association) Dr. Elena Rios is pivotal in the creating that level of trust for flu shot vaccination. For access, we arranged the landing page to show where you can find the nearest location, and access the best mode of transportation to get there.
Trust was geared toward African Americans. Historically, the medical system has been neglectful to the African American community and building the trust back is a priority. Starting off with a statement of the facts helps build trust right away.
